dealing with stupidity... ano ba yan? aksaya ng panahon.
How can employees of this country's biggest food production company be so stupid? I guess corporate culture has a way of protecting and maintaining idiots. They can hide in the red tape maze of SO's (specific objectives daw). It's a cover-your-ass attitude that sustains an unprofessional behavior in the regular 15/30 workers in the army of employees. If the boss does not know what's happening, they get away with it.
I'm glad I'm not a 15/30 worker. Revenues are irregular but this gives me the freedom to explore possibilities... opportunities for work, career, advocacy, passion. I need to find a way to sustain this freedom. Balance with the never ending checks on reality can be tiring...

do we really hate our clients?
I have 8 clients at the moment. Do I hate all of them? No, not really. I like 6 out of the 8. That's not so bad I guess. The two that I hate can pass away anytime and no one will really miss them. Not even my co workers who's quotas rely on them. Some people are just not worth it.
do we design
do we still design? or do we spend most of our time talking to make sure our clients are happy?.... I hate my clients.
